Fire Ember Games philosophy is driven by two concrete premises: first of all, we want to create a safe work environment that will people to shine and show its true potential and creativity. On the other hand, que want to develop our products listening to the gamer community and considering its feedback and impressions.
Therefore, we are a young, multicultural and transparent company and we will be constantly working hard and trying to earn a spot in the game development industry.

We believe that teamwork is an essential quality to be successful, so we are a company with a semi-horizontal organization chart and we consider every opinion coming from our employees. We have chosen to give as much freedom and confidence as possible to every member at Fire Ember Games, setting first a common goal to work around.

Talent is the most important resource to us and our priority is to help our employees achieve its true potential and give them an opportunity to develop videogames. That is why we try to hire as many talented young individuals as possible.
We also consider essential to gather members with diverse cultural origins and beliefs in order to deliver deep, complex and complete playable experiences.
TECH BASE AND LONG TERM VISION
Technology is the basis of our laboral activity, so we firmly believe that it is important to stay updated and to optimize our hardware and software frequently. We consider game development as a marathon, so every decision that has to be made is always fundamented on its future effects and consequences. Short term results are not a valid option for us.

We consider that it is essential to integrate the vision of the community in order to offer really enjoyable projects. Fire Ember Games will always work to deliver solid, accessible and well-designed products, listening to the player base and integrating its feedback in a consistent way.
Currently, we are creating our first product: an online multiplayer videogame for PC will combine the action component of MOBA games with the depth of RTS games.
The project is still at its first stage of development and will be announced during the following weeks. We will be able to share more information about this new videogame soon.
